Founded in 2015, our mattress factory was established with a clear focus on international bedding manufacturing and cross-border export services. From the very beginning, we positioned ourselves as a customer-centric custom mattress manufacturer, dedicated to crafting premium, durable, and ergonomic sleep products for global commercial and household markets. After years of steady development and continuous upgrading, we have grown into a mature export-oriented factory integrating independent R&D, automated production, personalized customization and global after-sales services. Up to now, our customized mattresses have been exported to more than 40 countries and regions worldwide, gaining long-term cooperation and high recognition from international hotel chains, local furniture distributors, and cross-border e-commerce sellers.
2015–2020: Overseas Transformation & Scale Expansion
Shortly after our founding in 2015, we spotted the huge market demand for customized mattresses overseas. In 2016, we officially launched professional OEM and ODM manufacturing services, targeting global B2B clients. To adapt to diverse overseas usage scenarios and consumer habits, we independently developed multi-series products, including commercial hotel mattresses, household hybrid spring mattresses, portable RV mattresses and supportive foam mattresses. Meanwhile, we actively standardized product quality and obtained core international certifications such as CE and CertiPUR-US, fully complying with safety and environmental access standards for European, American and Oceanian markets.
During this stage, we completed the first factory expansion, introduced semi-automated production equipment, greatly improved production capacity and product consistency, and successfully opened up markets in Europe, Australia and North America. A large number of long-term cooperative overseas distributors began to establish stable partnership with our factory.
2021–2024: Intelligent Upgrade & Brand Standardization
Facing the increasingly competitive global bedding market, we carried out comprehensive intelligent upgrading of production lines from 2021. We replaced traditional manual operation with automated cutting, integrated assembly and digital quality inspection systems, realizing standardized, efficient and low-consumption industrial production. The overall product defect rate dropped significantly, and the order delivery cycle was greatly shortened.
In addition to production upgrading, we standardized global service processes, launched full private label customization solutions, and built a professional international sales and after-sales team. We shifted from simple product export to providing one-stop customized sleep solution services, serving countless cross-border independent website sellers, Amazon merchants and chain hotel procurement clients.
2025–Present: Global Layout & Sustainable Development
Entering 2025, we further optimized our global market layout and officially launched an independent Google website to display factory strength, product advantages and customized services to global clients in an all-round way. Adhering to the concept of environmental protection and sustainable production, we continuously upgrade eco-friendly raw materials and production processes, launching green and low-carbon mattress products that conform to global environmental trends.
At present, we keep iterating sleep technology and product design, focusing on solving diversified sleep and procurement pain points for global users. In the future, we will continue to focus on professional mattress manufacturing, deepen global cross-border cooperation, and strive to become one of the most reliable customized mattress manufacturing partners in the global bedding industry.
