In early 2026, we completed a large-scale customized mattress cooperation project with a well-known budget hotel chain headquartered in Spain. The hotel brand has more than 80 chain hotels across Southern Europe and was looking for a reliable overseas mattress manufacturer to replace outdated guest room bedding. Their core requirements included cost-effective hybrid mattresses, moderate firmness suitable for public hotel use, breathable anti-sweat fabric, unified brand customized stitching, and stable batch quality to fit all hotel guest rooms.

We customized medium-firm hybrid mattresses combining pocket springs and high-density foam, adopted premium knitted breathable fabric resistant to stains and abrasion, and added exclusive edge reinforcement technology to extend mattress service life for high-frequency hotel use.
